How you will manage spec sheets, project coordination, contractor and client communication, drawings and all the things not taught in design school!

This program is a deep dive into your current business to find out what is working and what isn’t. If you have been in the game a little while but your numbers are not where you want them to be, we can assess, correct and make an awesome plan to keep you moving forward and getting paid what you are worth and working on exciting and fulfilling projects. If you are thinking about growing or expanding this is a good time to work with a coach to strategically plan.
